Marketing Communication Director directs, implements, monitors, and evaluates marketing communications strategy and programs, including advertising, branding, product promotion, and regulatory matters. Designs, develops, and distributes consistent themes, messaging and branding throughout all communication touch points. Being a Marketing Communication Director builds cross-functional relationships with organizational stakeholders to understand products, customers, and industry and develop a focused communication program. Oversees efficient processes for the regulatory review and approval of communication materials. Additionally, Marketing Communication Director explores and adopts new channels, methods, and platforms to optimize marketing communications. May oversee planning for trade shows and conferences to showcase products and amplify messaging. Develops budgets and internal and external resources for communication program delivery. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Marketing Communication Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Marketing Communication Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Position Summary

    We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Marketing to join the EntreThrive leadership team and spearhead our vision of helping thousands of home care entrepreneurs accelerate their personal and professional growth via our transformative Home Care Breakaway Accelerator program.

    As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Breakaway Accelerator Program, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth. You will lead a small team of marketing professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage your expertise to position the Breakaway Accelerator as a leader in the industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and targets.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure Breakaway Accelerator remains ahead of the curve.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a young talented marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
    • Define target audiences and develop segmented marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage key stakeholders.
    • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including digital content, advertisements, and sales materials.
    • Manage the company's digital presence, including website, social media channels, video production and editing, and email marketing campaigns.
    • Effectively build and manage the marketing automation campaigns, video campaigns, and lead generation activities inside our CRM platform, Active Campaign.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
    • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
    • Five years of experience in marketing roles, with over two years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results and lead generation.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making; implement and manage Marketing KPIs.
    • Proficient in the management of video production and editing.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
    • Excellent track record as a strategic marketing leader, where you created and implemented effective marketing strategies that resulted in generating a significant number of qualified leads.
    • Comfortable with working in a start-up environment, where taking action and getting into the details of the marketing objectives will be a must. The right candidate will not be afraid to get their “hands dirty.”
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
    • Previous home care marketing experience helpful, but not required.
    • Experience managing digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, video, and email marketing.
    • Strong familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms; experience with Active Campaign and form integration is a plus.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
