Walnut Creek Senior Living is looking for your expertise to become our Hospitalist/Liaison for our long term care community which includes our three, elegant facilities. The role of the Hospital Liaison is to drive an ongoing increase in census results for our Walnut Creek, Greenbriar and Hawthorn Glen campus. This new key role will focus on generating new business and relationships for our facilities through a working collaboration with our local hospitals, physicians and hospital MSW contacts identified as a result of your resourcefulness.

A proven track record with a minimum of three years of marketing experience in a clinical field preferably in a long term care environment will be required. Clinical experience is a plus in this role which helps to prove your credibility and will ensure continued success in driving referrals now and in the future.
