PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Supports the mission, core values and customer service of Home Dialysis Services & Dialysis Care Center, LLC (HDS/DCC).

The Marketing/Communications Specialist is responsible for coordinating marketing and promotional communication aligned with Dialysis Care Center's brand and mission.

PRIMARY DUTIES / ACTIVITIES:

• Responsible to take high quality pictures of local staff and clinics.

• Producing high quality documents and print material for all internal and external communications that will effectively contribute to the overall creative strategy and marketing campaigns effectiveness.

• Copywriting for optimization of Google Analytics and key words to improve engagement and promotion of the information.

• Making suggestions to optimize impact of all written material.

• Research industry and social media trends, stories and news related to the dialysis industry.

• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in internal communication, external communication & social media.

• Gather & collect information for monthly newsletter & social media & send to the Consultants before the deadlines.

• Review & edit monthly newsletter content & Social Media posts

• Order Promotional items as needed

• Communication with clinics regarding DCC Cares program promotion, activity & follow up.

• Assist with Corporate Events including quarterly birthday events.

• Local travel is required as needed.

• Other duties, as assigned.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Responsible for supporting the values and customer service standards of HDS/DCC.

• Accountable for outstanding customer service to all staff, clients, and vendors

• Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.

• Initiates action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

• At a minimum, must be enrolled in an accredited university, at Junior or Senior level, pursuing a Bachelors in Communications/journalism/PR or a related field.

• BS English, Communications or Technical Writing is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign and Illustrator) preferred

• Must be an effective and confident communicator, with expertise in AP Style writing

home and as such the employee may be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases/ materials. Must be able to lift 30 pounds as needed
