  • Robert Half is currently in search of a versatile Marketing and Events Coordinator for a client situated on the northwest side of Indianapolis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various marketing and event coordination tasks, providing essential support to the department. Your duties encompass managing document control and project management systems, contributing to content creation, and ensuring meticulous copy editing for the team.Responsibilities Include:Event Coordination:- Oversee various aspects of external special events, including logistics such as catering, décor, menu, and equipment rental.- Collaborate on internal special events with the Human Resources Department.- Execute special events and coordinate volunteer efforts.- Communicate with internal/external vendors and seek contract approval from the Executive Director of the Foundation.- Confirm attendance for events by communicating with potential guests and key stakeholders.- Assist in managing online registration platforms.- Contribute to the annual budget planning for special events.- Perform additional duties as assigned.Marketing:- Manage cases within the marketing department.- Input tasks and projects, maintaining the department’s project management system.- Maintain the document control system.- Assist with reporting, including monthly and quarterly reports- Review and edit marketing materials for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and design.- Manage the Salesforce database, generating reports and mailing lists.- Create marketing copy.- Serve as a backup in the Customer Service department.- Generate and send emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.- Assist in managing the schedule of the Executive Vice President.- Perform other duties as assigned.
