Assistant Regional Manager Indianapolis
General Duties:
· Assist with event management and sponsorship coordination
· Assist the Regional Manager with office operations
· Staff events and fulfill event metrics
· Train event staff and continued education on how to meet event metrics
· Contact with venue coordinators such as school leadership and sponsorship partners
· Research marketing tools and data collection methods
· Traveling to and executing highway safety campaigns
· Reporting to managers for maximizing impact
· Preparing professional recaps of each event for the client
· Ensure each venue is meeting sponsorship requirements.
· Management of storage for all contracts
· Creation projects using Adobe Illustrator
· Be a resource and point of contact to event coordinators
· Serve as an on-call manager when asked during the busy season
· General administrative assistance
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Self-motivated and community-minded
· Must be able to travel (50% of the time, higher during peak season)
· Enjoys interacting with the general public at event venues in a professional manner
· Ability to communicate effectively with manager and event coordinators
· Ability to work untraditional hours including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
· Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and traditional office skills
· Ensure regional contract client contracts are fulfilled for events.
· Research and seek out new opportunities for partnerships and client impact in the community.
