About You: 

Proven track record in email marketing with a focus on lead generation, preferably in a digital marketing agency. 

Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills, with an ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences. 

Strong analytical skills, proficient in using email marketing platforms and analytics tools to drive decisions. 

Innovative thinker with a passion for testing new strategies and pushing boundaries. 

Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of inspiring teams and driving projects to completion. 

Expertise in platforms like HubSpot, MailChimp, active campaigns, Go High Level (skill in any one of these platforms would be useful for us) 

Email automation 

Data segmentation, list management 

Data scrapping using tools like D7/Apollo 

Ability to work with email templates or make custom templates within email platform or basic level skills in HTML/CSS to design custom templates. 

GDPR and SPAM compliance: current practices awareness  

Well versed with split A/B testing 

Well versed in the dynamics of landing pages/lead magnets 

Ability to design and execute campaigns 

Delivery optimization 

Cross functional collaboration 

Content creation: Copywriting and visual designing 

KPI driven performance 

Provide a brief case study or two of successful email campaigns of the past with your subsequent results
