Digital Marketing Analyst (Google Analytics Cert. Req.) – HYBRID Description

Our client in the affiliate marketing industry is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to add to their hybrid team, meeting in person one day per week at a coworking space in Lehigh County, PA (zip: 18034). In this role, you will play an integral role in data-driven marketing operations by providing accurate and actionable insights regarding digital marketing across multiple client accounts. The preferred candidate will possess digital analytics expertise gained in an agency or media/affiliate publishing environment, with hands-on experience analyzing any of the following: Affiliate, Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Analytics, CRO, or similar disciplines. Success in this role demands a combination of strong initiative, meticulous attention to detail, a process-oriented mindset, and a solutions-focused approach. Digital Marketing Analyst (Google Analytics Cert. Req.) – HYBRID Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven marketing analysis, enhancing overall campaign success
• Provide precise insights to marketing managers through daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Collect, clean, structure, and analyze data in Excel from 25-30 sources
• Ensure data accuracy through quality assurance checks and pre-launch verifications
• Monitor and validate accurate tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Understand and leverage tracking methodologies for paid search campaigns
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize media spend and scale paid media investment
• Synthesize actionable conclusions from diverse data sources to influence strategic decisions
• Foster relationships with external partners; platforms, tools, technology, agencies, consultants…
• Collaborate with team members and business leaders to develop and understand metrics packages
• Innovate and propose methods to enhance overall business efficiency, automation, and profitability

Digital Marketing Analyst (Google Analytics Cert. Req.) – HYBRID Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Google Analytics certification is required
• 3 years of digital analytics reporting experience at an agency or media/affiliate publisher is required
• Experience with tracking & analyzing daily performance data is required
• Strong analytical and technical skillset with advanced Excel skills is required
• Ability to collaborate in-office 1 day per week (Th) is required (plus 3-4 days for initial training)
• Reliable internet, a dedicated workspace, & initiative to succeed in a remote position is required
