Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Analyzes external and internal customer data using database queries spreadsheet models, web analytics tools, statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools.
Analyzes sales funnels and customer intent.
Performs continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends to make recommendations to improve the credit union experience and product offerings.
Identifies opportunities for new client acquisition.
Provides actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions.
Completes tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of sales activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports such as the ROI of sales channels including KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement. Creates monthly business reporting (growth, new accounts, new loans, etc.).
Evaluates members’ behavior and provides insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the member experience and product development.
Provides marketing functions (e-commerce/website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) the knowledge for customer and market data.
Maintains a member first mindset.
Possesses analytical thinking skills and is proficient in conflict resolution.
Upholds core values and builds team member and customer relationships.
Completes all training as required.
Completes all other duties as assigned.
