Primary Assignments:

• Independently troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical or electrical issues, utilizing manuals, drawings, and schematics.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and replace broken or worn components, utilizing skills in stick, MIG, and TIG welding.
• Lead and direct junior mechanics to achieve shift objectives and projects.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Shift Supervisor and Manager to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient operations.
• Embrace a "safety-first" mindset, adhering to all regulations and utilizing required safety equipment.
• Adapt to the dynamic needs of the role, performing additional duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

• Hold a valid US Driver's License.
• Bring 3-5 years of maintenance experience, ideally within a food environment.
• Demonstrate 2 years of supervisory experience with direct report responsibility.
• Possess an associate's degree in a complementary discipline or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with cGMP/GMP standards.
• Showcase solid interpersonal skills and effective time management abilities.
• Be physically capable, with the ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and perform various physical tasks.
