Description

The Prepared Produce Supervisor is responsible to model, provide and teach exceptional Guest Service. In conjunction with the Prepared Produce Team Leader, they are responsible for holding Team Members accountable to achieve the highest level of Guest satisfaction. They will ensure Produce Team Members receive proper training and supervision regarding product knowledge, proper rotation, merchandising standards and closing procedures.

What you will bring

Ability to manage multiple detailed and consistently updated essential documents simultaneously, including order guides, logs, SOPs, and further.

Ability to collaborate closely with Team Leader on any and all issues related to project execution and conditions on the sales floor.

Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break – we work on the floor, and alongside our team.

Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift loads, up to 50 lbs. unassisted, push and pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.
