Reporting to the Director of Consumer Market Insights the Senior Market Research Project Manager will lead research projects from beginning to end and be able to own and champion their vital findings. Location and Status: This is a full time hybrid position requiring in-office presence 3 days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu) with the ability to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. The successful candidate must live within a commutable distance to one of the following office locations:Milwaukee/Oak Creek, WIChicago/Deerfield, ILToledo/Maumee, OHNorth Olmsted/Cleveland, OHRESPONSIBILITIES:Own the Connected Product Market Research category. Work with internal and external stakeholders across functions and levels to design and execute research to help them understand user needs at all stages of product development, that clarifies critical issues, and builds consensus in decision making.Own the design and execution of a range of complex research projects that support and direct product development, and innovation.Manage custom market research projects with consumers, trade and other professional audiences to support internal team needsSynthesize existing research along with broader knowledge and external information (e.g., market and consumer trends, secondary research, etc.) to identify actionable insightsBe a subject-matter expert both in terms of command of research methodologies and tools as well as the ability to translate research findings.Manage the allocated budget for the research project or learning planParticipate in efforts to continuously improve research tools, methodologies and other solutions that support a best-in-class enterprise research and insights capability.Effectively deliver research projects that consistently results in the highest level of customer satisfaction for internal clients, while maintaining the speed and accuracy required in a dynamic environmentOversee vendor relationship, monitor performance, identify performance issues and suggests remediesUtilize Agile project management principles to prioritize work and ensure timely delivery.QualificationsBachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.Minimum of 7 years of marketing research experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility is required. Experience must be inclusive of supporting product/service development and/or innovation.
