We're seeking a talented Market Research Analyst to join our team at our corporate office in North Little Rock. As a Market Research Analyst, you'll be instrumental in identifying or creating data tables to explain matrix usage, branch margins, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel, and a deep understanding of financial costing concepts.

Essential Functions:
Perform pricing audits and analyze Purchase Price Variance reports
Develop and maintain monthly internal reporting to support decision-making.
Maintain Pricing and Product Data
Understanding and utilizing our current ERP pricing and costing matrices
Collaborate with the management team to implement pricing structure changes to best accommodate market demands.
Act as a resource to the Sales Manager for data and analysis relating to branch margin and profitability.
Work with branch managers to better understand their market needs related to their respective market pricing needs.
Provide daily support to branches utilizing our data and models to make pricing recommendations accordingly.
The Keeling Company Leadership Team assigns all other duties.
Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED.
Preferred a four-year college degree in a business-related field, such as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc.
A distribution Background is preferred but not required
Two years of related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Epicor Eclipse ERP system or equal
Certified Microsoft Excel Expert (preferred but not required)
