Job Summary This position is responsible for gathering, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting various marketing, financial and operating data. Responsible for organizing and analyzing internal and external data consisting of membership, operational, satisfaction, and external marketing data; performing statistical analysis, report preparation, and programming using a variety of tools. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree OR 4 years marketing research, consulting or planning experience may be substituted for the degree. Knowledge of financial and statistical analysis and interpretation. Quantitative and qualitative research and analytic skills. Knowledge of key software packages (word processing, data management, spreadsheet, statistical analysis and presentation) and experience with corporate programming languages (SAS, SPSS, among others). Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization, problem solving and communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Flexibility and responsiveness in managing multiple projects concurrently. Initiative and persistence, with ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work within a team environment. PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Are you being referred to one of our roles?
