An initiative under the Pulte Institute for Global Development in the Keough School of Global Affairs (KSGA), the i-Lab offers curricular programs that engage Master of Global Affairs (MGA) graduate students with critical, real-world challenges through year-long projects with domestic and international partner organizations, such as Oxfam, Catholic Relief Services, Habitat for Humanity International, among others. This individual will work closely with the MGA program administration and other colleagues in the KSGA Dean's Office in the delivery of curricular and co-curricular programming and other student services related to the i-Lab. The position manages the relationships with i-Lab partner organizations and also interacts regularly with Notre Dame International and other relevant actors across the University to support student fieldwork and internships with these partner organizations. Finally, this position will be responsible for grant management and implementation under the Pulte Institute for Global Development's Entrepreneurship and Education Division, including proposal and report writing, metrics tracking, budgeting, as well as administrative and logistical support as needed.

    • Manage and update the i-Lab Google Drive platform with curricular materials, partner information, relevant archives, official student-facing policies, and other key documents, as well as provide data relevant to the preparation of financial summaries and budget projections.
    • Contribute to the development of strategic, operational and business goals, including providing any material input to requests from the KSGA, Notre Dame Development Office, and external partner organizations, as needed.

    Program Management and Implementation:
    • Provide support to the Pulte Institute's Entrepreneurship and Education Division, assisting in the preparation and management of work plans, budgets, grants, sub-grants, compliance and technical reports.
    • Respond to program requests, liaise with other program staff, facilitate and support communications, and maintain information systems.
    • Logistics for international grant programs may also include the oversight of international travel, visas, pre-departure preparation assistance for students and faculty traveling internationally, among other areas, similar to duties in the management of the i-Lab.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree.
    • Collaborative work ethic and high degree of independence and initiative required.
    • Potential travel.
    • Strong oral and written skills.
