Custom order management for orders of all sizes – client direct and VP
Custom order closing/billing and reporting
Presell Offer projects
Kit Presell Offer process management, billing and reporting
Cross-functional team management, where applicable
Sourcing and Quoting client requests
On-site warehouse fulfillment project management
Client inventory management, where applicable
Conventions/ROAs/Booth assistance and/or management
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documentation. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and general public.
Math Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportion, and percentages. Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Education:
BS/BA Degree
4-6 years’ experience in promotions or project management role
