Job Summary:
* The Senior Manager ERP Data Integration will play a critical role in the S4 HANA ERP Transformation Project and future Data Governance Architecture Strategy.
* The incumbent will partner closely with business teams, functional teams, and vendors' teams to understand the requirements and deliver the data objects.
* Utilizing standard web service for S/4HANA systems, the Senior Manager will configure process integration on SAP Cloud Platform Integration CPI / Confidential.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the data integration planning process by developing common definitions of sourced data (as is vs. future state); designing common keys in physical data structure; and establishing future data integration specifications.
* Evaluate the existing data models of MDM/ERP in Client's landscape and prepare a technical specification of data modeling that caters the business requirements for ERP Go Live and future deployments as well as on-going Data Governance model.
* Examine data intake and outbound applications, data models, ERP data and BI warehouse schema to determine best-fit data interchange methods.
* Perform detailed evaluation of volume of data that would be moved through ETL daily and plan for appropriate performance measures and ensure that they are implemented during the development model in DI, which adheres to business and ensures high-level security.
* Identify factors that negatively impact integration, forecast resource requirements, and establish delivery timetables.
* Evaluate and review the data cleansing and enrichment strategy and propose changes as per the business requirements for implementation.
* Assess middleware tools for data integration, transformation, and routing, developing project scope and specifications.
* Collaborate closely with SAP BPOs, SMEs, Technology Solution Architects, and other internal/external partners as needed to perform source system analysis, identify key data issues, data profiling and development of normalized and physical schemas.
* Conduct interviews with technical SMEs to analyze the as-is landscape necessary to identify gaps with respect client needs.
* Prepare and circulate minutes of meeting after all technical discussions.
* Evaluate solution architecture options that best fits the organization.
* Lead data profiling discussions with the business to fully articulate the benefits.

Requirements:
* Bachelors' Degree in relevant field of study.
* Required 8 years of experience in related integration field.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience with ETL design within an SAP Environment.
* Travel as needed.
* Strong understanding of data integration with a focus on SAP S4 HANA and data provisioning.
* Strong background in database systems SAP S4 HANA. Deep knowledge in analysis, architecture, design, and development of DW/BI solutions.
* Complete understanding of SAP Hierarchy and concepts and Data Warehousing methodologies.
* Experience in designing and performing complex queries.
* Experience working with multi-divisional global business communities (EMEA and APAC regions) to leverage information across the enterprise to improve business effectiveness.
* Experience designing metadata.
* Review existing architecture and capabilities from technical perspective of DI.

Salary: $185k base max
