Market Integration Manager integrates segment products and/or functional activities within a particular region to achieve business goals. Manages and executes new sales/service initiatives for a particular market. Being a Market Integration Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Market Integration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. General Requirements;
· BA required
· 3-5 years of experience working with disabled adults required
· 3-5 years of experience coaching and mentoring others preferred
· Valid CPR certification required
· Valid driver’s license required
· Must have reliable transportation
· Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Key Roles and Responsibilities;
Program Implementation:
· Assist clients in reaching identified goals set by client and ID Team
· Monitoring clients progress and prepare progress reports based on the Semi-Annual and Annual Schedule set by Regional Center and DDS
· Advocate for individuals served in the program
· Assist clients in seeking out employment opportunities in the community
Case Management:
· Manage a regular caseload of clients served in the program
· Create and develop case plans with short, medium and long-term goals for the individuals served and steps to reach the goals
· Develop daily schedules for clients and Transition Specialist
· Identify the individuals interest in order to facilitate a job/career of choice
· Identify individuals skills and talents in order to facilitate a job/career of choice
· Identify job/career opportunities for individuals in the community
· Provide behavior modification strategies as needed
· Coach clients and Transition Specialist to increase career aptitude and maintain their employment
· Provide training to all new Transition Specialist
Outreach:
· Identify Vocational Opportunities for the clients served in the program
· Network with local agencies, coalitions and local community business regarding our clients and program
· Provide direct communication to all worksites and maintain professional relationships
· Regularly travel to various sites to meet with clients and Transition Specialists (Job Coach)
Other:
· Follow company policies and procedures
· Provide direct services to clients served as needed
· Additional tasks requested by Program Director and/or CEO
