The position of Chief Administration Officer (CAO) plans, organizes, and oversees all activities of agency support services and collaborates with the Chief Executive Officer for the overall administration of these departments. The Chief Administration Officer is directly responsible for the development, management, and quality improvement activities of Human Resources, Information Technology, Quality Improvement, Development, Facilities and Transportation. They are responsible for the management of organizational activities that ensure a high level of service quality commensurate with the mission of the organization and interests of the Board of Directors, clients, employees, and other stakeholders. They are required to clearly communicate current information regarding industry trends and changes in the regulatory environment to the Chief Executive Officer.
