Market Administration Officer jobs in Anaheim, CA

Responsible for assisting the Operations Administration Department in development, updating, and coordination of operations policies, procedures and activities within the Bank.

Duties:
· Develop/update operational policies/procedures.

· Streamline operational forms/process.

· Perform vendor management risk assessment and management.

· Assist with CRA and other compliance matters.

· Assist branches to resolve operational and other issues.

· Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills:

• College degree in related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial banking operations, with 1 or 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of banking rules and regulations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Project management, planning, research, analytical and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English and Chinese Mandarin preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
