Tonka Auto & Marine is locally owned with two convenient locations looking for Full-time Marine Technician to join our Marine Crew. We're a growing business looking for someone excited to grow with us and service a wide range of water crafts!

Shop Locations:

• Mound, MN

Full-time positions available:

• Marine Technician

Marine Technician Responsibilities:

• Must be able to properly inspect, diagnose and repair water crafts
• Must be able to perform routine maintenance and provide accurate recommendations
• Must be comfortable performing and/or assisting with engine replacements/installations
• Must exercise proper safety while performing repairs, and maintaining a clean/organized working area
• Maintain working knowledge of the "Marine" Industry's Best Practices

Marine Technician Qualifications:

• Knowledge to operate ALL Marine Tools and Diagnostic Equipment is a MUST!
• Problem Solver, Self-Motivated, Detail-orientated and Organization Skills is a PLUS!
• Ability to learn, adapt in any given situation, and work in fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy on repairs
• Valid Driver's License
• Applicant must have own Tools and Tool Box
• 5 years of Marine Tech Experience

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
