This Director position will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and interpreting data related to pricing, manpower, and expansion strategies. The role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze large data sets and provide recommendations for business improvement. The position will be expected to gather and analyze data, develop insights and recommendations, and communicate findings to stakeholders. The analysis will help guide business decisions related to pricing strategy, workforce planning, location expansion, and market potential. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, analysis, and communication to executive leadership of pricing strategies for products and services offered by the organization.
• Responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to pricing, including customer purchase behavior, market trends, and competitive comparable information.
• Responsible for creating pricing models that can be used to determine optimal pricing for various products and services in 75 locations.
• Monitor pricing performance and adjust pricing models as necessary to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on pricing performance and trends.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in pricing analysis and implementation.
• Develop models to forecast demand and supply of manpower and recommend staffing levels to ensure optimal workforce utilization.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing, manpower, and new locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, or related field.
• MBA Preferred
• 10 years of experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align teams around common goals and objectives.
• Must have good leadership and influence skills to be seen as a partner to the business.
