Cosma Eagle Bend Manufacturing, a division of Magna International Inc., is hiring an Maintenance Industrial Machine Repair Tech for our Assembly Department. Assembly Maintenance Technician will provide technical support for production and carry out the assignments and responsibilities given to them by the Assembly Maintenance Supervisors and Team Leaders.

Available Shift:
- 2nd Shift 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm
- 3rd Shift 10:30 pm - 6:30 am
Overtime: Candidates must be available to work Overtime and weekends as needed. Overtime is paid 1.5 and double on Sundays
Starting Pay: Pay will differ depending of Level of Experience. Pay range starts at $27.55 - $31.18 (this rate includes differential pay for working 2nd or 3rd Shift)

Key Responsibilities
- Install production and support equipment in conjunction with Engineering and Production guidelines under direct supervision
- Adjust & repair automotive manufacturing equipment, repairs and services, and test equipment using hand tools and power tools.
- Disassemble defective equipment as well as replaces defective parts, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, etc.
- Reassemble, adjust and test repaired equipment. Equipment testing includes the ability of the maintenance associate to operate the machine during non production hours, producing quality parts to ensure machine functionality.
- Assist in proper maintenance of all programming software and application files and programming hardware.
- Assist in setting up, maintaining programming, electrical components and schematic standards.
- Responsible to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
- Read mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, fabrication and electrical prints
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic circuit components, lubrication systems components, and pneumatic circuit components
- Disassemble and repair clutch and brake assemblies
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems
- Troubleshoot and repair gear, belt, and chain drives
- Knowledge of automated Resistance welding equipment and MIG (metal inert gas) welding equipment. (Assembly Technician)
- Knowledge of Press Controls systems.
- Disassemble and repair shaft bearing and seal assemblies
- Install production and support equipment in conjunction with Engineering and Production with minimum supervision.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- Course work in Electrical/electronics, Hydraulics, and Pneumatic principal and theory
- Experience in maintaining and improving fully automated assembly equipment (Assembly Technician).
- Experience in maintaining and improving Hydraulic and Mechanical Presses and all associated equipment (Press Technician).
