**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with pest identification, root drenches, foliar applications, and basic IPM protocols. This position involves working with insecticides, herbicides and fungicides.

**Duties:**

- Perform pest control treatments as needed

- Assist with the maintenance and repair of facility equipment

- Conduct cultivation tasks such as defoliation, trimming, and planting

- Provide plant care services including fertilizing and pestcontrol

- Utilize hand tools for various tasks

**Requirements:**

- Knowledge of pest control methods is a plus

- Familiarity with HVAC maintenance is advantageous

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
