Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections and audits on products and materials to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Utilize quality assurance tools and techniques to evaluate product quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality records.
- Performs internal calibrations.
- Follow internal procedures and meets requirements of QMS.
- Perform visual inspection of products.
- Perform cert verification of raw materials, hardware, chemicals and outside processing.
- Generate non-conformance reports as required.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a quality assurance or quality control role preferred
- Familiarity with quality systems and processes
- Knowledge of AS9100 regulations and requirements for product quality
- Proficient in calibration of measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other gauges
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections
- Competent in use of computer software
- Competent in written and verbal communications
- Basic understanding of manufacturing workflow
