We are currently looking for a Field Installer to help our Installation department. If you like traveling and have a flexible schedule this is the perfect job for you!

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer callouts and field dispatches
• Meet with the customer to determine the nature of the service or repair
• Conduct routine equipment servicing out in the field
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures
• Repair equipment and replace faulty parts
• Install and test new equipment
• Provide preventive equipment maintenance
• Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle
• Complete job reports

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Previous electrical, welding or plumbing experience
• Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures
• Experience driving a forklift (License not required)
• Ability to drive 16-20-footer bob tail/box truck
• Good communication and training skills
• Physically able to work with heavy equipment
• Able to read installation drawings/blueprints

ADDITIONAL NOTES/ REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule (Travel out of state up to 20%, Travel in state 80%)
• Able to work weekends and holidays if needed
• Travel costs are reimbursed per diem
