Facilities Maintenance I

Starting Pay Rate: $21.88

1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm - Flexible

• Are you able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals?
• Are you able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form?
• Are you able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plumbing of steel and plastic piping
• Basic welding and fabrication skills
• Filter changes for HVAC and Chiller units
• Assisting maintenance technicians II and III
• Basic 120v electric hook-ups involving motors, pumps, and thermocouples.
• Cabinet, Chair, Desk, and rack assembly
• Perform preventative maintenance; coolant, oil, and filter changes, and maintain fluid levels.
• Follows lock-out / tag-out procedures.
• Maintain daily inventory records of parts used.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience

This position requires the use of information that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)., Non-U.S. persons selected must meet eligibility requirements for access to export-restricted information. The ITAR/EAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
