We are searching for a full-time Field Service Technician / Assembler to support our flagship product, the PRO - robotic joint rolling machine. Our success depends on our innovative automation equipment and growing team of engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduled equipment maintenance
• Emergency equipment service
• Remote troubleshooting and support
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
• Mechanical equipment assembly for new machines
• Electrical equipment assembly for new machines
• Represent company while interfacing with customers

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Evidence of exceptional problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent mechanical aptitude
• Prior hands on mechanical experience
• Electro Mechanical experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to accommodate last minute scheduling changes
• Driven, energetic, and willing to “get out of the box” with solutions and processes to advance Accelerant’s equipment manufacturing & machine commissioning
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Travel as needed: flexibility up to 20%

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
