ABOUT THE JOB :

Service Technicians (MFG) are multi-functional teammates responsible for work in the manufacturing of modular buildings.

Your work making our buildings ensures customers receive high quality, on-time buildings.

An eye for quality and a commitment to safety is critical.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

Duties may include but are not limited to :

• framing and finish carpentry
• flooring
• roofing
• painting
• window installation and finishing

Our service technicians :

• Are responsible, reliable professionals with a strong commitment to safety and quality
• Act in accordance with safety, environmental, quality control, and other policies
• Perform required training, including online training
• Attend periodic safety meetings
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete and submit required documentation on work as required

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS :

• High School diploma, GED, or 1 year of applicable experience
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must
• The ability to attend work daily on-site at the assigned location
• Prior service technician or carpentry experience is required
