We are looking for an office manager to join our growing team. This individual will assist with customer interaction in person, over the phone, and by electronic methods. Other responsibilities include managing project tasks, timelines and shop inventory. Must be detail oriented in obtaining and managing project information and have the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee office operations and ensure smooth functioning of daily activities
-Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
-Maintain office supplies inventory, as well as shop inventory and place orders as needed
-Manage office budget, including tracking expenses and preparing reports
-Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
-Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records
-Assist with employee timekeeping
-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience:
-Proven experience in office management or a similar role
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Familiarity with Square
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
-Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
-Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
