Position Overview

• Create/maintain project timelines and progress tracking
• Develop detailed plans for projects, parts, assemblies, tools, etc.
• Communicate with customers, oversee purchased and manufactured parts
• Coordinate all onsite labor, tooling, supplies, equipment, and shipping
• Create/Supply customer documentation, manuals, spare parts diagrams, etc.
• Assist/Create quotes for labor hours on new projects
• Customer follow-up at the end of the job
• Complete job reviews after job completion

• Bachelor’s degree in business
• 3-5 years experience in project management
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory, and ERP systems
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership qualities and excellent problem-solving ability

• Predominantly office environment
• Occasional time in the production area (unconditioned indoor environment)
• Very loud noise level on the production floor (hearing protection required)
• Exposure to dust and lubricants
• Safety glasses and steel-toed shoes required on the shop floor
