This experience is gained through 15 years in positions that require at least an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, material science, or a related discipline.
Required Skills:- Fifteen (15) years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, material science, or a related discipline
- Experience with at least two of the following:
- Vacuum systems
- Cryogenics
- Electronics packaging and interconnects
- Custom electronics assemblies
Experience in these areas should span the early-stage market analysis/concept generation phase through at least small-scale production and quality control. Additionally, experience with managing supply chain concerns and/or managing government regulations (including export control, IP protection, etc.) is highly desired.

A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.
