AIM or MISSION:
The AIM of the Manufacturing Engineer is to plan, coordinate, and implement manufacturing engineering initiatives while being an individual technical contributor to projects and other engineering needs. The manufacturing engineer will work directly with product development and the production teams to bring new products to realization and improve existing manufacturing processes. The manufacturing engineer will ensure that the project will be completed on time and within budget according to schedule. The duties include tooling/fixturing design and the research and implementation of new applicable manufacturing technologies.
