Salary Range: $106,000 to $142,000, with a 10% Annual Bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop department associates, fostering skill enhancement, motivation, and personal growth.
• Establish and communicate clear departmental objectives aligned with company and factory goals.
• Manage the achievement of departmental objectives, ensuring economic, quality, reliability, safety, and ergonomic standards are met through equipment, tool, process, and workstation development.
• Oversee technical capacity planning, equipment, and manpower balancing.
• Drive standardization of equipment, tools, processes, and workplaces.
• Facilitate seamless integration of new products and changes into factory processes.
• Ensure timely support of production operations and drive continuous optimization for increased productivity and cost reduction.
• Assume responsibility for plant maintenance, including the preventative maintenance program.
• Coordinate factory investment planning and budgeting.
• Administer departmental budget and foster regular information exchange with ME colleagues from other factories.
• Participate in PCG/PD information exchange circles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Career Level: MT4A (Manager) - A leadership role focusing on management processes, future planning, and team oversight. The position holds authority in employee management and resource allocation in alignment with company strategy.

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical specialization preferred) - Required.
• Master's degree in Engineering - Preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in people management - Required.
• 5-7 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering/Production - Required.
• 7-10 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering/Production - Preferred.
• Proficiency in manufacturing processes with a focus on metal forming, welding, coating, and assembly.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, problem-solving, and cost analysis.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Basic understanding of SAP, CAD, with a willingness to travel up to 10%.
