Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Marketing industry. This is a permanent position that requires a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in process improvement, manufacturing engineering, and Lean Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products.
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Work with suppliers to ensure that materials and components meet our quality standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Provide technical support to production teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure that production runs smoothly.
- Design and implement tooling and fixtures to improve manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in process improvement, manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, and fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and CNC machining.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of quality control principles and techniques.
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
