We are looking for a full-time Manufacturing Engineer to add to our team! The position entails a comprehensive range of responsibilities focused on optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring the production of high-quality products. This includes determining processing requirements for cost-effective product outcomes, creating and supporting documentation efforts for process development and continual improvements, and conducting dimensional inspections to maintain quality standards. Additionally, the role involves reviewing drawings for accuracy, developing manufacturing blueprints and supporting documents, and designing tools and fixtures for process standardization. The individual will also be responsible for managing projects and overseeing the design transfer process from prototyping to production, while consistently striving to meet engineering objectives, contain costs, and drive process improvements through root cause analysis and data evaluation.
