Director of Human Resource

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. This position reports directly to the Mayday Manufacturing President and provides leadership and guidance to both Mayday's HR department and the senior leadership team. The Director of HR is responsible for setting, evolving, and executing compliant human resources policies, programs, and practices to identify and implement long-range strategic talent management goals that enable business success and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. Mayday Manufacturing is the global leader in the manufacture of close-tolerance aerospace bushings and other precision machined parts. Mayday Manufacturing operates three shifts with over 400 employees.
Responsibilities:
-Directly Report to the Mayday Manufacturing President
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment process and work closely with hiring managers to ensure the selection of top talent
- Oversee employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR policies and procedures
- Administer employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employee development and engagement
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR systems and databases
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 10 years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and programs
