Manufacturers Service Contract Administrator jobs in Nashville, TN

The Construction Contract Administrator provides contract guidance, support, and administration for construction projects, as well as the overall administration of the contract per the terms of the agreement. This role reviews contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, customer requirements, and applicable laws. The usage of sound business judgment and acumen is crucial to this role. The Construction Contract Administrator is the liaison between subcontractors/vendors and the supported projects for all contract issues. In addition, this role will regularly interact with the Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Vendors. This role is mainly responsible for maintaining the entire contract and purchase compliance process for construction projects.

In addition, you will be working with subcontractors' COIs and lien waivers.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Perform a contract review (including terms and conditions) in accordance with the prime owner contract.
• Identify, review, and mitigate changes or modifications to the contracts with review from SR. Mgmt.
• Review and track contracts and purchase orders, including the schedule of deliverables for subcontractors and vendors from
• Monitor contractors change orders, insurance, and bond logs.
• Have regular meetings with the appropriate management to review project status.
• Maintain accurate records of projects from start to completion.
• Collect COI and Lien Waivers

Software: Office 365, Microsoft Word and Excel, Sage 300 for Construction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,500.00 per year
