Responsibilities will include:
Administering to sales established customer relationships by assisting them with the customer with their needs and keeping the salesperson in the loop.
Interfacing with the company's staff to ensure any customer requests and information are reaching the correct party while both accepting sales impatience and the rest of the staffs slower pace.
Ensuring established processes and procedures are followed.
Helping track sales and customer activity so that the company can stay on top of its core business and ahead of its competition.
