Description of Position – The Service Administrator assists the Service Director with daily tasks within the parameters of the Service Department. This includes fielding service calls and scheduling technicians to resolve customer concerns.
Organizational Relationships – The Service Administrator reports to the Service Director. Normal inside contacts will include all employees of TEC front office, shop, and field. Outside contacts will include existing clients, customers, and other related industry contacts.
