In our 19 beautiful showrooms, we help people solve their remodeling/building needs for all hard surfaces. We build relationships with our customers by first building a relationship with you.
The Designer Showroom Customer Service Associate is responsible for meeting with customers in our showroom to determine their design/project needs in the selection of tile, wood, stone, countertops and flooring. Our customers can be walk-in, by phone or email. Our team is on salary so there is no need to fight for commissions. No cold calling at all. We cultivate an amazing team environment working together to serve our customers.

We've been in business for over 42 years, with multiple locations in the Pacific Northwest. We believe in taking care of our customers, working together, and having a great time doing it. No two days are the same. Our showroom is open Monday-Friday 8-5 with extended evening hours on Wednesday which is still an 8 hour shift. Part of the team comes in 8-5 part comes in 10-7 on a rotating basis. We are a family-oriented team looking for someone eager for a long-term position where you can grow!
