The Managing Partner is accountable for all aspects of the site and its operations. Restaurant Management experience is ideal and skill sets are easily transferrable.

- A Compensation Package that includes base pay, an obtainable bonus structure, and a generous profit-sharing program.
- Tidal Wave Site Leader Average Annual Income: Year 1: $80,000 | Year 2: $100,000 | Year 3: $130,000
- A schedule designed to provide a healthy work-life balance. Full-time is based on 47 hours a week with a 5-day work week. The site is closed by 9 PM so no late nights!

- Attract, recruit, train, and develop employees at every position.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
What You Will Need:
- 3 years of service industry management experience preferred.
- Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Mechanical Inclination and Experience Preferred.
- Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Drug Screen and Background Check Required.
