RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the Brand Ambassador for Kingsmill Realty.
Attract new agents through effective recruiting processes.
Review transaction paperwork for Brokers.
Be available to Kingsmill Realtors via phone and email with on-call availability.
Participate and provide content for weekly sales meetings and education classes.
Provide topics of discussion and present in your areas of expertise.
Provide a narrative for written publications, social media, and agent training that relate stats and trends into a conversation.
Work closely with co-brokerages, brokers, and attorneys to overcome conflict and disputes.
Seek personal and professional education opportunities. * Ensure industry affiliations remain active.
Recruiting Support - Administrative oversight and reporting.
Support each team member’s growth through coaching and relationships.
Provide coverage for staff when needed.
Participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual company meetings and planning sessions
QUALIFICATIONS
Hold an active Virginia Broker’s License.
1 years of real estate management experience.
