Additionally, Managing Attorney monitors case status, timelines, and issues. Mentors and coaches attorneys and implements staff professional development programs. Requires a JD. Requires State Bar membership. Typically reports to top legal executive. The Managing Attorney manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Managing Attorney typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Seek personal and professional education opportunities. * Ensure industry affiliations remain active.

    Recruiting Support - Administrative oversight and reporting.

    Support each team member’s growth through coaching and relationships.

    Provide coverage for staff when needed.

    Participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual company meetings and planning sessions

     

    QUALIFICATIONS 

    Hold an active Virginia Broker’s License.

    1 years of real estate management experience.

    A heightened level of attention to detail.

    Self-starter dedicated to creating an enjoyable work environment.

    Stellar oral and written communication skills.

    An innate love of stats and the stories they tell.
