In this role, you will provide support as part of the team and assist in various administrative tasks. Duties:
- Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide general clerical support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Transcribe meeting minutes and prepare reports as needed
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects

- The occasional field work is required: roof inspections, taking measurements, taking photos.
- Bilingual is a plus.
