Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Pennsylvania Managing Attorney with a strong background in personal injury law, particularly on the plaintiff side. Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of personal injury cases, ensuring exceptional client representation and satisfaction.
- Lead and supervise a team providing guidance, mentorship and support.
- Oversee all aspects of case management, including strategy development, negotiations, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and handle complex motion practice.
- Collaborate with senior management on developing and implementing firm-wide strategies, goals and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI’s), utilizing data to drive decision-making and improve performance.
- Manage the firm’s profit and loss (P&L) statements for the PA office, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active Pennsylvania Bar license.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience practicing personal injury law with a focus on the plaintiff side.

- Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing a team.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial data and managing P&L statements.
