Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Managing Assistant. In this role, you will provide support as part of the team and assist in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
- Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide general clerical support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Transcribe meeting minutes and prepare reports as needed
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

- The occasional field work is required: roof inspections, taking measurements, taking photos.

- Bilingual is a plus.

- Experience in Government Contracting is a plus.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
