Management Development Manager leads and directs the creation of a leadership development strategy and programs that align with strategic business imperatives and develop management capabilities throughout the workforce. Identifies, designs, and develops frameworks that represent skills and leadership capabilities critical to long-term and short-term objectives. Being a Management Development Manager aligns training, coaching, professional development, and experiential assignments to the leadership development strategy. Develops approaches to engage individuals in well-defined and ongoing career development. Additionally, Management Development Manager define career paths and supporting training and development programs. Fosters a culture of informal knowledge exchange, coaching, and training to engage and develop the workforce. Conducts periodic succession planning and talent assessments to ensure critical roles are defined. Creates slates of individuals identified for leadership development activities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Management Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Management Development Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Business Development Manager

  • Position Description:

    You will be charged with developing and maintaining genuine relationships with Greenleafs investors throughout the investment process. The focus is to know prospective and current investors and keep them engaged through the duration of the investment lifecycle. Our goal is to educate investors on Greenleafs investment process, convert prospective investors, and establish a holistic investment experience to create repeat and referring investors.

    Responsibilities include executing investor fundraising campaigns, managing companys investor relations strategy, conducting ongoing investor communications, and providing support in achieving the goals of the marketing team.


    This position is based in our corporate office in Norcross, GA.

    Responsibilities:


    • Cultivate investor relationships and convert new investor prospects per deal launch to raise new equity.
    • Manage and execute the full fundraise lifecycle for new deal launches to ensure each deal is fully fundraised 3 weeks prior to closing with receipt of all funds 2 weeks prior to closing.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create presentations, press releases, and other communication materials and communicate those to investors.
    • Manage the full investor lifecycle through personal relationship management and the creation and implementation of investor marketing campaigns for each stage.
    • Manage the investor relations online presence and content (website, social media).
    • Develop and monitor performance metrics for the investor relations program.
    • Monitor operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management and develop investor relations messages based on these changes.
    • Other responsibilities, as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor degree in Business, Communication, Finance, related major or equivalent experience preferred.
    • 3-5 years experience with investor relationship management and reporting preferred.
    • Experience in the real estate industry preferred, but not required.
    • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
    • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
    • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of service and response.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
