What will you be doing?

• Recruiting hiring, developing, and training an all-star practice team
• - Hire, train and manage performance of practice clinical team members
• - Train staff or arrange training, as needed
• - Train and hold team accountable for building a productive practice schedule
• - Manage staff schedules
• - Motivate the clinical team
• - Track and manage the practice performance to monthly goals
• - Oversee supplies and inventory for the clinical department and assure cost effectiveness
• - Communicate effectively with staff and providers
• - Delegate tasks to the right team members, empower them to succeed and hold them accountable
