Responsibilities:

• Operate a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase awareness of No Worries Care in the local healthcare community
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral
• Collaborate with the client care team to convert prospects into clients
• Contact paid client leads and respond to client intake calls
• Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and other outreach activities
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales and marketing

Requirements:

• Strong communication, organization, time management skills
• Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
• At one year least of sales and marketing experience
• Prior sales or marketing experience in the healthcare industry preferred
