Summary:

• Support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department and is responsible for the efficient, accurate and timely preparation, compounding, labeling, and delivering of pharmaceuticals to assure customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Credentials:

• Required - Florida Department of Health Pharmacy Technician Registry
• Within 6 months of hire - Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) Certification through Pharmacy Technician Certification Board.

Experience:

• Required - 1-year of direct managed care experience (not including retail)

Status: Full Time, Exempt: No

Shift Hours: 8

Shift: Shift 1

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies

Weekend Work: Occasional
