The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining all warehouse operations and all logistical functions for Placentia, Commerce, San Diego and Chino. Will be the main point of contact to create synergies between warehouse operations and the Service Coordinator teams to ensure supply chain efficiencies are created and maintained.
Essential job functions:
· Work closely with all Area Service Coordinators to ensure all necessary logistical and inventory needs are meet by the required timelines
· Monitor, order, and maintain all in house oils, lubricants with our 3rd party vendors to ensure adequate levels are always maintained
· Manage the on demand and in-house inventory levels to minimize liability and holding costs
· Manage and maintain the inbound flow of parts returns including cores to ensure timely returns and credits due
· Monitor and assist as necessary to kit and process future job requirements, spot check jobs kitted for accuracy by other team members
· Manage the MMI unit build out process from ordering to final delivery
· Perform necessary site visits, as necessary
· Mange and work with the uniform vendor to ensure uniforms are cycled as necessary during the week at all locations. Work with the uniform vendor to resolve issues as they arise and keep management apprised of the current status
· Ensure the general housekeeping of all locations are always maintained
· Assign tasks as necessary to additional warehouse staff
· Ensure MMI remains in compliance with all state, local and OSHA hazmat requirements at all times
· Engage in proactive and open dialog throughout the workday to ensure all levels in the organization are current as it relates to warehouse and logistic needs
· Manage the GoShare delivery process to expedite parts on demand to field technicians
